【Characteristic】
1The color fixing fluid has little fade ,also can avoid the color stripping and color changing
2、Fabrics which finished by this agent ,has little color changing ,also will not influence the style of fabrics.
3、Fabrics after finished will have good improvements on rubbing fastness ,soaping fastness and perspiration fastness .
4、Outstanding alkali resistance, can be used in mercerizing process after the of cotton’s fixing color .
5、Non-formaldehyde, also complies to the environmental demands.
【Application method】
1、Dilution method: first, the high concentration of products should be diluted into standard concentration of use, can be diluted 3-5 times under normal circumstances,( can use the running water at room temperature), can also be diluted according to customer requirements.
2、Before the fixation ,please rinse the fabrics fully (sometimes will need soap-washing if necessary ), to remove the residual dyes, salt and alkali, in order to ensure the fixation effect.
3、 recommend the common dosage and process：

I. Immersion： Diluted fixing agent ：1- 6 % o. w. f Bath ratio ：1：15~20 Temperature &time ： 30~50℃× 15~20min Dyed cloth → dipped into fixing agent working fluid(30~50℃)，process for 15~30min → washing → dry II. Dip padding： Diluted fixing agent ： 20-60 g/l Dyed cloth → room temperature，two dip two rolling in fixing agent working fluid → dry. |
