Non formaldehyde fixing agent CD
【Brief introduction】
Non formaldehyde fixing agent CD is used in the finishing process of fabrics which dyed by reactive, direct and vat/sulphur dyes. Fabrics after finished will have very little color change , better on the fastness of soaping and perspiration . Resistance to chlorine. This agent is very strong assistance to alkali , can be used in the mercerizing process after cotton fixing

【Properties】

【Recommended dosage】
Immersion:
Fixing agent CD：1－3％（o.w.f）
Bath ratio：1：10
Temperature and time：30－50℃×15－20min
Dipping and padding：
Fixing agent CD：20－30g/l

【Notice】
1. Before fixing process , the dyed fabrics should be washed completely to remove the unbound dyes. And then use cold water to wash the fabrics . Because the unbound dyes and the residual dyes will re-staining to the fabric , in this case the wet rubbing fastness is lower 2. Please abide the operation of general chemicals ,if skin contact happen , please use water rinse skin immediately .
3. Should be stored in sealed container ,the shelf life is 12 months.
