This agent is used in the post-process of fabrics dyed by reactive dyes, Can improve the various fastness of fabrics, especially has remarkable effect on chlorine fastness

【Nature】
Appearance：Light yellow to yellow viscous liquid
Ionic：cationic
pH：4-6
Soluble：easy soluble in water
Stability：Resistant to acid, alkali, electrolyte and hard water
【Properties】 1、Chlorine resistance of this agent can achieve to above 150ppm,can improve the chlorine resistance ability effectively .
2、Fabric after treated, the washing fastness is high, and the problem of discoloration and shallow color is avoided effectively
3、Fabrics after finished will have better soaping fastness；
4、Excellent alkali resistant ability ,can be used on the mercerizing process after cotton fixing
5、Non formaldehyde, complies to the environmental requirements；
【Application method】
1、Before the fixing process ,should washing the dyed fabrics completely(sometimes need soap washing)， remove the residual dyes, salt and alkali to improve the fixing effect .
2、Recommended general dosage and process ,
Immersion：fixing agent NCL ： 2- 6 % o.w.f Bath ratio ： 1：15~20
Temperature & time ： 30~50℃× 15~20min
Dyed fabrics → dipping into 30~50℃ fixing working fluid ，operation for 15~30min → washing → dry
Dipping and padding ： Chlorine resistant :NCL20--60g/l
Dyed fabrics→ two dipping two rolling at room temperature→ dry
Advise to use the dipping and padding method will get better effect .
【Package and storage】
125kg / polyethylene drum in room temperature ,shelf life is12 months.
