【Brief introduction】
DY-810N is composed of wax and organic compounds, and is used for the cotton and its blended yarn to achieve good softness and lubrication performance.

【Application method】
To obtain good surface lubricity and low friction coefficient of fiber yarns, it is recommended to add (pre diluted) 1-3% of Supersoft DY-810N, and then pre run for 5-6 minutes in a water bath (temperature 25 ℃) with pH=5.0-6.0 in a dyeing tank. Slowly raise the bath temperature to 40-45 ℃ within 20 minutes and keep it warm for 10-20 minutes. This product has excellent adhesion on fibers, giving the yarn the best sliding performance.
This product can be completely absorbed in the acidic bath of cotton yarn and its blends with synthetic materials, especially cotton yarn that has undergone cationic post-treatment. For cationic treated yarn, due to the low affinity of the yarn, the bath solution should be heated to 55 ° C. Under these conditions, the product can usually be fully absorbed to achieve a clear water bath effect
【Notice 】
This product is compatible with both cationic and non ionic products. Anionic products can cause precipitation.
This product has acid and hard water resistance, and it is conditionally resistant to electrolytes, not alkalis.
Lower temperatures below 0 ℃ will make it more viscous or change its uniformity. Heating to 20 ℃ -25 ℃ and stirring will not affect its effectiveness.
