【Brief introduction】
This Binder is environmental agent , suitable for machine printing and hand printing on cotton ,polyester, flax, acrylic and its blended fabrics. Also used in jeans spray color adhesives. With excellent self cross-linking, the fastness is excellent. Non-toxic, can be used in contact with skin textile printing, is a green environmentally friendly products.

【Properties】
Excellent self cross-linking, Film washable, durable on dry cleaning, anti-aging.
High adhesion to the fiber, good abrasion resistance. With excellent self crosslinking, the fastness is excellent.
Non-toxic, Can be used in textile printing which contact with skin .
Fabrics after finished will have high color yield, bright colorful and clear pattern .
Excellent adhesive ability to polyester fabric
The prepared printing paste has good rheological property and less thickening agent.
【Application method】
1、The ratio between paste and binder
Paste Binder
Middle color 1 portion 1.5－2 portions
Dark color 1 portion 1.5－2.5 portions
2、 Recommended dosage（deep color）
Paste 7％
binder 4728 15％
Thickener 2％
ammonia（20％） 1－2％
Water ×
3、Color fixing process：
Printing——pre-heating（90－110℃）——baking（130－150℃×2－3min）

200KG/Drum packaging or packaging according to customer requirement.

Should be stored in sealed container, keep for 12 months at room temperature.
