Non-formaldehyde fixing agent BS
【Brief introduction】
BS is Non-formaldehyde fixing agent ,is used on finishing process of fabrics which dyed by reactive, direct and sulphur dyes. Can improve the fabrics fastness ,but will not change color shade, also can delete the red light ,show the blue light .can be used as the “adjusting color shade agent”
【Main composition】 Cationic amine compounds

Appearance： colorless to light yellow liquid
Ionic： cationic
pH： 5~7.5
Soluble：Easy soluble in water
Stability： Assistant to alkali, caustic , electrolyte and hard water
【Properties】 1、Working fluid has little color lase, effectively avoid the stripping
2. The fabric treated by this product can change shade and make the fabric shade blue;
3、Fabric after finished will have better fastness of rubbing, soaping and perspiration
4、Non-formaldehyde ,complies to the requirements of environmental protective
5、Resistance to chlorine.
【Application method】
Before the fixing process ,pls washing the fabrics completely,(sometimes need the soaping process)，to remove residual dyes, salts and alkalis to ensure subsequent fixation.
Recommended general dosage and process：

1. Immersion： Fixing agent BS ： 1- 6 % o.w.f. Bath Ratio ： 1：15~20 Time &Temperature ： 30~50℃× 15~20min Dyed fabrics → dipping into 30~50℃ fixing agent BS working fluid，operating for 15~30min → washing → dry 2. Dip and padding： Fixing agent BS： 20-60 g/l Dyed fabrics → room temperature，two dipping two rolling, fixing agent WD working fluid → dry |
【Package and storage 】
125kg / polyethylene can keep for 12 months in sealed container at cool and ventilated warehouse.
