The soft bead is a weak cationic aliphatic primary amine condensation compound , with excellent soft ability , give cottonT/C, blended fabric and acrylic fiber smoothing effect, used in resin processing and using, tactile and electrostaticelimination effect is good.

Characteristics and advantage

Application process
dissolution methods
1. First adding 10 kg of soft beads to 40 kg of warm water (60 ℃), stirring 20-30 minutes.
2. then adding 50kg of cold water, and stirring 5-10 minutes, can achieve the viscous 10% emulsion.
Recommended dosage
Can applied by immersion method and padding method.
The processing temperature can be from room temperature to 100 ℃
Reference Dosage : The soft bead 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f)
Temperature & time: 50-70 ℃ * 30 min.

25 kilogram per kraft bag.
Storage
Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition avoid being heated and exposure to sunshine.
