Non yellowing softener flake
WB is a special Double fatty acid amide compound, it is suitable for cotton and its blends fabrics hand feeling finishing, which can impart excellent soft hand feeling, good hydrophilicity, and non yellowing, it is a new kind of softener.
Characteristics and advantage
◎ Soft and slippery hand feeling after finishing
◎ There are good hydrophilicity and antistatic property, impart fabrics good wearing feeling.
◎ No influence about whiteness and color shade after finishing, same as nonionic products.
◎ Good stability, Salts, Alkali, and anionic resistant property.,can not be used with cationic agent.

Appearance:White or Light yellowing flake.
Inonicity: nonionic
PH Value: 7.0-8.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: Can be completely dissolved in warm water.
Application field
Hand feeling finishing for cotton and its blends or yarns, especially for Towels, Home textile, Light colored washing fabrics.
Application process:
Dilute WB-S with 70-75℃ water at ratio1:14-20, stir to even and use after filter.
Recommended dosage:
For Exhausting: Diluted Liquid 3.0-6.0% o.w.f
For dip padding: Diluted Liquid 30~50g/L
Packing:
25 kg/ Carton.
Storage:
Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
