【Brief introduction】
Softener GP is the anti ozone type amino softener, can effectively prevent the ozone oxidation and the occurrence of denim fabrics and garments because of yellowing phenomenon, solve problems of common softener , especially suitable for high-grade jeans antioxidant soft finishing.
【Nature】
Appearance：Milky white liquid
Ionic：Cationic
pH ：around 5.0(1 % aqueous liquid)
Soluble：easy soluble in water
【Advantage】
◎Has special effect on the anti-oxidant
◎Handle：It can give the fabric a very soft feel, and the emulsion has good stability. It can be used for dipping or padding.
◎Yellowing degree: used for denim clothing without yellowing, used for white fabric, yellow degree is very low;
◎Solubility: very easy to emulsify in water；
◎Low foaming: no foam is produced on all types of equipment.
【Application dosage】

Immersion
the softener should be diluted with water before adding the softener directly to the machine. This is a very common approach,
For cotton and cotton blends, the ideal process is as follows:
Normally, in a few minutes before the addition of softener , add 1- 2g/l fixing agent to achieve good fastness effect.
Padding：
According to the difference of rolling absorption rate, the reference dosage is : 10－30 g/l
Advise : PH 6.5 – 7.5
It can be sprayed on leather garments
Spraying with pure Softener GP, can get a smooth feel like bathing.
【Notice】
