【Brief introduction】
Super soft AD-40 is a nonionic polymer combinations polyethylene copolymer products ,special surfactants and fused into a unique formula by high-pressure emulsion .Mainly used for cotton ,polyester card ,cotton ,long fiber fabrics
【Nature】
Appearance: white emulsion
Ionic: Nonionic
pH: 8-10
Solubility: soluble in water, compatibility with resins and cationic additives.
【Advantages】
--The fabrics are smooth in surface ,soft and elastic after using this agent .
--Improve the crease recovery angle ,can be used together with the resins and all kinds of other additives .
--Decrease the abrasion ,improve the strength of tearing ,has no effect on the color fastness and washing .
--Excellent stability of heat ,will not yellow changing .
--The treated fabric is soft, flexible, also improve the crease recovery angle ,particular to prevent the sewing needle holes
【Recommend dosage】
20－60g/l
Process：one dipping one rolling or two dipping two rolling ,pre-baking, drying at the temperature of 30－180℃

120kgs/polyethylene drum
Can keep for 6 months in sealed containers at the cool and dry place . please abide the general chemical rules , if the agent contact with eyes , please use the water to wash eyes soon.
