【Brief introduction】
This product is mineral-based, supplemented by other additives, anti-crease resin catalyst for rapid heat setting.
【Nature】
Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
PH value: 3-4
Solubility: soluble in water in any ratio
Compatibility: typically compatible with most additives.
【Advantages】
◎In the process of heat setting, has the catalytic effect to promote the easy care resin completely ,fast and rapid cross-linking, and therefore more suitable for high speed drawing auxiliary technology of low temperature baking.
◎Super catalyst AD-53 Can decrease the strong damage on fabrics, will not influence the color shade of fabrics. Has good compatibility of most dyeing agent ,can be used with the fluorescent brightening agent in one bath .
◎This agent is non-toxic ,easy to store and has good stability .
【Application method】
Supporting the use of this product and the resin, before finishing, fabrics must be clean and neutral or weak acid, this is because the alkaline contained in fabric material will reduce the resin cross-linking effect and increase the residual formaldehyde on the fabric.
For the T/C garment finishing , be sure to pay attention to the influence of chloride ions on a few dyes. Because some disperse dyes in the storage process will have oxidation fade.
