【Brief introduction】
This enzyme is a modifier enzyme ,used for the polishing on cotton ,flax and its blended fabrics .
【Properties】
Appearance: brown liquid
PH: 4.5 – 5
Solubility: can any proportion dilution in cold water
【Application scope】
Efficiently removes fluffy and yarn ends
Improves fabrics hand feels and brightness ,also prevent pilling
Improves fabric hydrophilic ability ,special for sportswear ,underwear ,sweaters ,bed sheets ,towels etc
The treated cotton fabrics ,will be never pilling, washing 20 times can achieve the grade 4 level .
【Notice】
Processing of the agent must pay attention to two factors :
1: The enzyme must be kept active concentration
2:Physical mechanical friction ,rubbing function –the dyeing machinery operation
In order to achieve the ideal polishing effects .the two factors must exist at the same time ,indispensable , Some reactive dyes group may inhibit the enzyme activity ,and can not reach the ideal polishing effects ,suggest to increase the usage .
