Application method
Continuous desizing and scouring:
OD: 8-15 g/L
NaOH: 35-45 g/L
Wetting agent: 4-5 g/L
Sequestering agent: 2-4 g/L
Grey cloth → Singe → Pad with HT- 1089 solution (room temperature 25-35℃) → Steam at 100-102℃ for 60 min → Hot rinse → Bleach
Packing and storage
Packing: 25 kg/bag
Storage: 6 months in sealed packing at room temperature avoid storage with reducing agent and solid alkali.
