Brief information
- Superlevel SM is a leveling agent for high temperature high pressure rapid dyeing of polyester
and their blends. It has properties of high efficiency, low foaming, good levelness. It is a
leading product of high temperature leveling agent.
Main composition
-- Surfactant compounds.
General properties
-- Appearance: yellow brown liquid
-- Ionicity: anionic/nonionic
-- PH: 7.0-9.0 (1% aqueous solution )
-- Solubility: Easily soluble in normal water
Fields of application
--Excellent leveling property, can shorten dyeing time, improve production efficiency, reduce energy wastage.
--Excellent retarding dyeing property, can effectively depressing initial rate of dyeing, solve dye effect raised of un- synchronistic dye up-take of mixed dye.
Excellent property of dispersing at high temperature, can prevent colliding and crystallizing between dye particles, prevent dye spot raised of dye aggregation.
--Extremely low foaming, needn’t anti-foaming agent, and can not block dye jig.
--Can disperse sediments on inwall of dye jig and prevent their recollection on fabric.

Superlevel SM: 0.5-1.0 g/L
PH: 5
Bath ratio: 1: 20
Temperature & time: 125-130℃ × 20 -40 min
--Shades repairing:
Superlevel SM: 1.0-3.0 g/L
Bath ratio: 1: 10
Temperature & time: 125-130℃ × 20-40 min
--Specific process should be adjusted by testing.
Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 12 months in sealed container at room temperature
